Job DescriptionJob Description

We are seeking a Service Appointment Coordinator to join our team You will be responsible for helping customers by providing product and service information and resolving technical issues.

Automotive experience is a plus, but not necessary - we encourage applicants with retail, hospitality and customer service experience to apply

Responsibilities:

  • Answer incoming calls in a friendly, professional, and knowledgeable manner.
  • Schedule service appointments
  • Reschedule missed service appointments
  • Other assignments for outbound call include but are not limited to safety recalls, recommended services, special order parts, declined service, pre-paid maintenance
  • Book appointments based on maintenance schedule per brand and in accordance with company policies and manufacturers specifications
  • Assist with answering customer inquiries and problems by routing customer to the contact and or department
  • Assist with cashiering and closing customer tickets

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in customer service, sales, or other related fields
  • Ability to build rapport with clients
  • Ability to prioritize and multitask
  • Positive and professional demeanor
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
