General Manager Position at Established Fast Casual Restaurant
We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced General Manager to lead our team at a well-regarded fast casual restaurant in North Syravuse, NY. Our restaurant is known for its commitment to quality ingredients, friendly service, and a welcoming atmosphere that keeps guests coming back.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee all aspects of daily operations to ensure efficient restaurant performance.
- Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of dedicated staff members.
- Uphold high standards of food quality, service, cleanliness, and guest satisfaction.
- Manage inventory, control costs, and optimize restaurant profitability.
- Implement and enforce restaurant policies and procedures to maintain a safe and compliant environment.
- Develop and execute marketing strategies to attract and retain customers.

Requirements:
- Proven experience in restaurant management, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.

- Understanding of financial aspects including budgeting, P&L statements, and cost control.
