Requested Pay Rate – 25.00
• Weekly Schedule:  40 hours M-F; Weekends if needed • Shift:  Days • Welding experience/fabrication will be a must. Guarding project that needs someone's full attention and support.
a.      Requirement; of at a minimum 3 year of shop experience, welding metal fabrication and sheet metal work.
b.      Ensures both quality standards and timelines are met.
c.      Must maintain focus and attention to details to ensure accuracy yet always work toward maximizing productivity without negatively impacting accuracy. Must minimize or eliminate contamination.
d.      Perform welding task to safety standards
e.      Committed to maintaining high safety and work standards.
f.      Good verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
g.      Able to adjust quickly to changing conditions and multiple priorities.
h.      Organized with continuous improvement orientation.
i.      Knowledge of programmable logic controls and other control systems, graphical user interfaces, motor starters, gear boxes, conveyor systems, hydraulics, pneumatics, etc.
k.      Good PC skills.
n.      Ability to climb and/or work in elevated areas; standing/sitting for extended periods; Operating machinery, motor vehicles such as trucks and/or forklifts; repetitive
motion and/or repetitive lifting (requirement 25 lbs alone 50 lbs. with help), exposure to weather and environmental conditions (e.g., heat, dust, cold).
p.      Overtime hours including weekend work as needed.
