We have temp-to-perm opportunities for Maskers who have previous masking experience in an aerospace/manufacturing setting. Supervisor potential and experience is a plus
Pay starts at $19.00 per hour, excellent company benefits. We operate on 1st shift 6:00 am-2:30 pm, Monday-Friday. All Masking employees must be able to work flexible hours and overtime, including evenings and weekends when necessary.
Requirements:
- MUST have previous masking experience in an aerospace/manufacturing setting
- Able to understand and interpret provided blueprints to determine specific masking requirements
- Proficiency with computers and job-related software
- Exceptional attention to detail and the patience needed to achieve high-quality results
- Able to easily follow written and verbal instructions from management and customers
- Must be able to communicate effectively in the English language, oral and written, to ensure work is performed safely and correctly
- Able to work well independently and within a team environment
As a Masker, you will apply various masking tapes, foils, plugs, screws, and other masking materials, to customer parts as indicated in the specific masking instructions for the specific customer(s) and part number/type. Maskers must be able to mask parts that have a weight of 20+ pounds each, depending upon the customer(s) and part number/type.
