We are looking for a highly skilled B2B Marketing Manager with PEMB experience to help us promote our offerings and identify what consumers want so we can create better offerings across the product mix and our service capabilities. Our ideal candidate will have extensive marketing experience and comprehensive knowledge of branding. They can lead content writers, designers, sales development reps, and account executives (AE) and interact with clients regularly. Job Description

As a B2B Marketing Manager, you will handle marketing efforts for brand awareness. As well as lead generation, website development and content curation/creation, and sales collateral.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Promote the organization and build brand awareness.

  • Design content marketing strategies and set short-term goals.

  • Online and offline marketing: Experience with digital media, including SEM, display, social, email, and affiliate channels.

  • Experience working with a sales team in both Sales Enablement and Account-Based Approach.

  • Knowledge of Demand Generation tactics and Lead Conversion principles.

  • Understanding A/B and multivariate testing, user segmentation, and reporting processes.

  • Ability to create value propositions that communicate clearly to targeted audiences.

  • Extensive Experience creating audience segments and developing marketing campaigns that deliver a targeted message and build affinity with brands.

  • Accomplished at leveraging total value from marketing automation processes and tools.

  • Collaborate with the business team to uncover insights and strategies to develop and implement marketing and branding strategies for new and existing products internally and externally

  • Oversee and grow the marketing department, consistently identifying revenue opportunities within our established client base and managing consistent growth by securing new accounts.

  • Identify short-term and long-term scheduling, budget, and resource needs, including developing and managing an annual marketing budget, profit/loss projections, expenditure spending, and other financial considerations.

  • Understand key marketing performance metrics and tracking tools to provide market research, forecasts, competitive analyses, campaign results, and consumer trends to translate results into actionable insights for the marketing team.

Daily and Monthly Responsibilities

  • Lead the development of our marketing plans working closely with clients, management, creative and content teams, and distribution partners, to create an effective and efficient.

  • Develop a marketing strategy focused on growing audiences and supporting sales enablement for our products and services.

  • Spearhead the strategic and tactical execution of marketing campaigns, including design, test/control segmentation, test implementation, tracking, results reporting, analysis, and recommendations.

  • Manage conception, development, and implementation of marketing plans, strategies, product concepts, and promotional programs to drive interest and sales.

  • Hold regular meetings with AEs to review pipelines, resolve challenges, present possible solutions, and provide ongoing training to ensure the team consistently performs above standard.

Skills and Qualifications

  • PEMB or relevant Construction Marketing experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing

  • Successful track record in senior marketing roles and creating marketing campaigns.

  • Excellent leadership, communication, and decision-making skills.

  • Experience with digital and print marketing, content marketing, social media, email marketing, and Google AdWords

  • Mastery of HubSpot.

  • Experience working in Salesforce.

  • Proven ability to plan and manage budgets.

  • Proficiency in WordPress, content writing, and software design (Adobe Photoshop, InDesign, and Premier).
