Job DescriptionJob Description

Our support team members are an integral part of the team and have a variety of key responsibilities. Our shifts are M - F and hours are 7:30am - 4:00pm.

This is not a data entry or a junior clerk-level position. Candidate must be able to work these functions independently and must have good business & accounting knowledge.

Duties:

  • General Accounting
  • A/P management & reconciliation
  • A/R management & reconciliation
  • Vendor Management
  • Expense entry and processing
  • Workflow documentation
  • Data entry
  • Report Generation
  • Filing
  • Other administrative duties as assigned.

Requirements:

  • Ideal candidate will have a friendly service disposition, with a positive energy.
  • 2-years of previous Account and Service experience.
  • 1-2 years working in SAP program or similar a plus
  • Candidates should have a strong and current use of administrative tools and technology.
  • 3+ years of Word experience.
  • Comfortable with documentation and form creation.
  • Proficiency with Outlook and Excel.
  • Good problem solving and communication skills.
  • Comfortable with an industrial setting
