Job Description:
We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced Landscape Crew Builder to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in landscaping construction and be capable of leading a crew to execute projects efficiently and to the highest standards of quality.
Responsibilities:
- Lead, manage, and build with a crew of landscapers to complete projects on time and within budget.
- Interpret landscape designs and blueprints to execute construction plans accurately.
- Build and oversee all aspects of landscape construction, including grading, planting, hardscaping, and irrigation installation.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and best practices on job sites.
- Maintain equipment and tools in good working condition.
- Communicate effectively with clients, project managers, and team members to ensure project goals are met.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in landscape construction, including hardscaping, planting, and irrigation installation.
- Strong leadership skills and the ability to motivate and inspire team members.
- Proficiency in reading and interpreting landscape designs and blueprints.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
