Join Our Team as a Sales Associate at Paty Furniture

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Sales Associate to become an integral part of our team at Patty Furniture, a family-owned business known for "The best prices in Seattle." This is a fantastic opportunity for growth in a supportive and dynamic environment. Starting pay is $17 per hour. Must be Biligual (English/Spanish

Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Engagement: Welcome and identify customer needs to provide an exceptional shopping experience.
  • Product Expertise: Explain products and services to customers, helping them make informed decisions.
  • Inventory Management: Monitor and receive inventory to ensure product availability.
  • Order Processing: Enter and process customer orders accurately and efficiently.
  • Customer Service: Investigate and resolve customer complaints with professionalism and empathy.
  • Physical Tasks: Assist in moving furniture around the store as needed, including lifting and carrying items weighing up to 50 to 75 lbs.

Qualifications:

  • No experience required – we provide training
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Spanish.
  • Strong negotiation skills.
  • Ability to build rapport with customers and work effectively as part of a team.
