Founders Coffee is currently hiring for all three of our locations We are looking for Baristas and Shift Leads.

Founders inside La Bonita Supermarket on Green Valley Parkway in Henderson

Founders on St Rose Parkway in Henderson

Founders at Sunset and Durango in Las Vegas

We are open from 6am to 6pm and looking to fill shifts at all hours of the day. Previous experience as a barista is preferred but not required. Previous leadership experience is required if you are applying for a Shift Lead Position.

Barista pay is $10/hr plus tips*

Shift Lead pay is $12/hr plus tips*

Tips range from $2-$6 per hour depending on location and sales per day of the week.
