Play a critical role in the manufacturing of premium garage doors, when you become a Finisher with an innovative company in Gastonia, NC.

  • Competitive Pay starting at $17.00, DOE
  • Temp to hire
  • Schedule: Monday – Thursday 6:00 am to 3:30 pm and Friday 6:00 am – 10:00 am
  • On-site position in Gastonia, NC.
  • Medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as a 401(k) plan.

 

Your New Role:

As a Finisher, you will be crucial in achieving product excellence, meeting quality standards, and satisfying customer requirements. You will be inspecting the wood to ensure that it meets quality, prep each door then stain or paint.

 

What You Need:

  • 1 year of experience working on a paint line and staining.
  • Pass a spray paint test onsite
  • Ability to read and comprehend labels, safety warnings and guidelines
  • Attention to detail and safety alert
  • Able to adhere to PPE requirements, wear a N95 mask and safety glasses
  • Ability to lift 50 pounds
