Job DescriptionJob Description

We are seeking a Plant Controller to become an integral part of our team You will oversee financial activities and personnel as well as identify areas of improvement to increase efficiency. 

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for Multi- Location plants for our accounting/Finance and Controlling 
  • Manage all accounting operations including billing, A/R, A/P, G/L, inventory/ cost accounting and Revenue
  • Manage month-end closing and prepare monthly financial statements and other operational reports for site.

  •   Analyze variances and communicates explanations to management with recommended actions.

  •   Prepare forecasts of income statement, balance sheets, and statement of cash flows for the Plant.

  • Able to handle internal and external audit especially Big 4 auditors.

  • Integrates and trains new staff while continued professional development of the existing team.

  •   Collaborates with Plant Managers and senior management to explain results, make improvements, manage projects, identify inefficiencies, understand operations and lead the development of complex analysis.

  •   Monitor and implement plant internal controls (in conjunction with corporate policies) as necessary to ensure reporting integrity, safeguard company assets, and identify risks.

  • Planning, Studying, and collecting data to determine costs of business activity such as raw material purchases, inventory and labor.

  • Assist on various projects as assigned time to time.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor Degree in Accounting

  •  Minimum 10 Years in Manufacturing

  •  

    Exposure of working in ERP environment (SAP will be added advantage)

    Knowledge of budgeting and forecasting techniques

       Proficiency with financial statement analysis and projection

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Deadline and detail-oriented
  • Hindi Language is a plus
