As a New Home Promoter you will be responsible for promoting MTY Builders’ model homes, providing potential buyers with a tour and showcase its features while providing an outstanding customer experience.

 

Duties and Responsibilities

• Conduct outbound promotional calls to the industry.

• Schedule and host model home tours for prospective buyers and real estate professionals.

• Showcase the unique features, quality craftsmanship, and amenities of our homes to potential buyers.

• Provide information about pricing, available options, and incentives to encourage sales.

• Maintain a professional and courteous demeanor in all interactions with clients and colleagues.

• Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to develop and implement effective promotional strategies.

• Attend training sessions and meetings to stay updated on product knowledge and sales techniques.

 

Knowledge and Skills:

•      Energetic, self-motivated, and customer-driven individual who approaches challenges with enthusiasm and a positive attitude.

•         Strong work ethic as well as results-oriented

•         Desire to succeed as well as to satisfy customers.

•         Excellent verbal and written communication proficiencies, as well as presentation skills

•         Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment and professional appearance

•         Display a friendly, enthusiastic, and approachable manner.

•         Well-organized and self-directed

•         Bilingual in English and Spanish is recommended.

 

Requirements:

• Business Casual Attire

• Willingness to grow

• Ability to create relationships

• Self-motivated

• This position requires weekend hours

• Basic computer skills

 

Schedule: 1 weekday & 1 weekend day

 

Pay: $500/month
