Job Title: New Home Sales Agent

Position Overview: As a New Home Sales Agent, you will play a crucial role in guiding prospective buyers through the home purchasing process. Your primary responsibilities will include showcasing our model homes, managing client relationships, and closing sales while delivering exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Engagement: Greet and engage potential homebuyers, understand their needs, and present suitable home options.
  • Product Knowledge: Maintain in-depth knowledge of our home models, features, and community offerings to effectively communicate benefits to buyers.
  • Sales Process: Guide clients through the sales process, from initial interest to closing. Prepare and present sales agreements, and ensure all documentation is completed accurately.
  • Market Analysis: Stay informed about market trends, pricing, and competitor offerings to provide valuable insights to clients and adjust sales strategies accordingly.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client questions, resolving issues, and ensuring a smooth home buying experience.
  • Lead Management: Follow up on leads, manage client databases, and maintain relationships to drive sales and referrals.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with the sales team, marketing department, and construction teams to ensure client needs are met and projects are completed on schedule.

Qualifications:

  • Experience: Previous experience in new home sales, real estate, or a related field preferred.
  • Skills: Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to build rapport with clients and close sales effectively.
  • Knowledge: Familiarity with the Dallas-Fort Worth real estate market and current trends.
