Job Overview: We're seeking a dynamic, customer-focused receptionist to join our team. As the first point of contact for our company, you will ensure a positive customer experience and provide administrative support to our operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Answer incoming calls, provide information, and direct calls to the appropriate team members.
- Greet and assist clients who visit our office.
- Schedule and confirm appointments for our services.
- Respond to inquiries via email and social media platforms.
- Maintain an organized filing system for client information and company records.
- Assist with billing, data entry, and other administrative tasks.
- Provide general support to our team as needed.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a receptionist or in a related customer service role.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and customer management software.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bilingual proficiency (Spanish/English) is a plus and will receive additional pay.
