CDL- A Driver / Truck Driver Responsibilities:

  • Reefer
  • Automatic 
  • Must have somewhere to safely park tractor and trailer on hometime
  • No Touch Freight
  • 40% Drop and Hook
  • Out 12-14 Days, Home for 2 days
  • $.60cpm and $.11cpm per diem-Not Optional
  • Average $1500-$2000 per week
  • Average 2500-3000 miles weekly
  • Detention and Layover/Breakdown Pay
  • Average $78k - $104k annually
  • 24 hour dispatch
  • Freightliners
CDL-A Driver / Truck Driver Requirements:
  • 12 months verifiable recent OTR tractor-trailer experience in the past 3 years
  • No more than 2 moving violations in the past 3 years
  • No Preventable DOT accidents in the past 3 years
  • No more than 6 jobs in the past 3 years  
  • No reckless, caress or 15+ over the speed limit tickets in past 3 years
  • No Safety Terminations from last job; All others will be reviewed
  • DUI must be outside of 10 years 
  • Urine drug screen required
  • No failed drug test ever

CDL Class A Driver / Truck Driver Benefits:

  • Weekly pay 
  • 2 day paid orientation in Springfield, MO (Tuesday-Wednesday)
  • Vacation pay
  • Full benefits start after 30 days
