Monday - Friday 8:00 - 5:00 ( Flexibility on opening and closing hours)

No weekends, nights or holidays.

This position includes working with our doctors in the care of infants thru geriatric age patients. Working with our EMR Next Gen in collecting all patient information preparing them for the doctors. You will also be running testing and preparing them for send out. You will also be handling all patient calls incoming and outgoing. Stocking exam rooms and sterilization of equipment and rooms. This candidate will also working with the doctor on minor procedures, administering vaccines to adults and children. This position also includes some front desk work when needed. ( checking in patients, verifying insurance, taking payments, scheduling appointments.

Maintaining patient confidentially and complying with all HIPPA guidelines and regulations.

Requirements: High School Diploma or equivalent. Certified Medical Assistant diploma required. One year of prior Medical Assisting experience is required also Pediatric experience.
