RPh on the Go is searching for a Client Billing Associate to join our team in Great Falls, MT. This is a remote 12week contractposition with direct hire potential and we are activelyinterviewing to start ASAP.

Hours:
Mon- Fri: 8:30am - 5pm

Duties:

  • Processes changes in information systems to support accurate and efficient billing process and financial close.
  • Facilitates and ensures accurately and timely billing of services and fees to facility clients.
  • Completes interim statement review to ensure charges are accurate.
  • Provides customer support via phone or electronic communications.
  • Works under general supervision, asking for guidance on when unclear on policy
  • Performs other tasks as assigned.
  • Conducts job responsibilities in accordance with the standards set out in the Companys Code of Business Conduct and Ethics, its policies and procedures, the Corporate Compliance Agreement, applicable federal and state laws, and applicable professional standards.

Required:

  • Medical billing experience.
  • Insurance or Pharmacy knowledge.
