Job Description: We are seeking dedicated and customer-focused individuals to join our team as waitresses/waiters. As a waitress/waiter, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, taking orders, serving food and beverages, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

  • Greet and seat customers in a friendly and courteous manner
  • Present menus and take orders accurately
  • Relay orders to the kitchen staff and ensure timely delivery of food and beverages
  • Anticipate and address customer needs and preferences
  • Handle customer inquiries and resolve any complaints promptly and professionally
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area
  • Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth service
  • Process payments accurately using POS systems
  • Adhere to health and safety regulations at all times

Requirements:

  • Proven work experience as a waitress/waiter or in a similar role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Outstanding customer service skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks
  • Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
  • Food handler's certification is preferred but not required
