Job DescriptionJob Description

We are seeking an IT Technician/bench tech to join our team. You will be responsible for a portion of our service bench preparing, testing, configuring, and troubleshooting systems for existing clients and new implementations.

Responsibilities:

  • Configure and test new systems
  • Follow checklists for detailed deployment of custom desktops
  • Create new custom checklists for clients configurations
  • Troubleshoot endpoint system issues
  • Perform routine preventative maintenance on equipment
  • Document all work
  • Deploy endpoints in client environments.

​Qualifications:

  • Previous experience as a technician, computer repair tech, or systems administrator
  • Knowledge of TCP/IP and data protocols
  • Ability to prioritize and multitask
  • Deadline and detail-oriented
  • Strong troubleshooting and critical thinking skills
