The Front Desk Supervisor shall manage satellite site business operations and ensures all areas of operations are covered daily. Incumbent should have good written and oral communication skills in handling issues and concerns of staff and patients. Operate within the guidelines established by Center policies and procedures. Ensures the proper use and maintenance of equipment and supplies to maintain its useful life and proper inventory in all areas of the Center. Maintain supply system and purchasing function. Supervision of Front Desk support staff.
Miminum of a High School Education. Supervisory Experience with knowledge of general office duties required. (FQHC or other relevant healthcare management)
