Computer Repair Technician

This is a PC repair Technician position doing strictly hardware repairs and installations on laptops and desktops.

All repairs are strictly hardware, so you would not have to worry about software reload or troubleshooting. We get you certified in Dell and Lenovo so that you can do these warranty repairs. All certifications are FREE and completed from home online.*Position requires prior hands on knowledge of installing/swapping hardware*
Onboarding period 2 weeks: We will set you up to get your FREE Dell certifications. Dell certs need to be completed in 5 business days, the next week you will begin running Dell warranty calls… You then will receive the training information for Lenovo warranty certifications also at no cost, this will boost your call volume so you can make more money $
Pay per closed rate position: call rate: $35.00 + $5.00 gas allowance = $40 flat rate calls that are further than 50 miles, you would contact us for a higher call rate. - Manhattan, NY trains are allowed for transportation -
Pay period: once a week, every week after the first weeks of work.
You must have a reliable form of transportation to run these calls. (MUST be within 30 miles from Peoria, IL)
You must have your own cell phone, computer, and internet to log onto your portal every morning Monday - Friday BY 9 AM to manage your tech portal. You will contact the customers and schedule a time to go onsite, you will be able to map your calls out for the day with the customer’s information. There is a mobile app that you can log into to close your call(s).
Every day you will have to pick up & drop off parts from the nearest FedEx or UPS store. *Check that parts are in prior to contacting customers and scheduling calls for the day* Once new parts are used and replaced you must return the old parts with the pre-paid labels within 24 hours after service.
