Job DescriptionJob Description

We are seeking a Commercial Superintendent to join our team You will oversee project planning, scheduling, budgeting, and implementation.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee all aspects of construction project, from planning to implementation.
  • Allocate resources for assigned projects
  • Supervise onsite personnel and subcontractors
  • Interface with project inspectors, contractors, architects, engineers, city and county officials, and clients
  • Negotiate with contractors to receive reasonable order costs
  • Maintain high standards of workmanship that adhere to original plans and specifications

Qualifications:

  • Ten pulse years running work
  • MUST have Tennent Improvements (TIs) and HIgh-End Interiors
  • Ground-up experience is also required, but the emphasis must be on high-end and complex interior finishes.
  • Office Medical/healthcare buildings are a plus but not a must.
  • Project sizes from $5 million to $20 million are ideal
  • Familiarity with construction management software
  • Strong leadership qualities
  • Strong negotiation skills
  • Deadline and detail-oriented
