General Laborer (Insulation Installation)

We are looking for a fit, strong general laborer (performance technician) to perform a variety of physical tasks. Our home performance technicians solve problems in homes throughout northeast Wisconsin, with each home presenting a variety of unique challenges. The work is hard, but the reward of making homes more comfortable, healthy and energy efficient makes it all worthwhile. To be successful in this role, you must be able to perform a wide variety of tasks that require stamina and an eagerness to learn on the job. A good general laborer is able to understand instructions and carry them out efficiently within the given deadline.

Home Energy Solutions of Wisconsin offers a starting wage of $20 - $25, depending on experience, and also offers additional benefits such as: paid time off, retirement fund with company match, supplemental insurance benefits, and training and advancement opportunities.

Job Description

  • Air seal and install insulation in existing homes

Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED certificate
  • Pride in a job well done and providing quality customer service
  • Comfortable using hand tools, power tools, and ladders
  • Physical stamina
  • Reliable, hard-working, and able to work independently
  • Flexible schedule
  • Valid driver’s license

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 depending on experience

Expected hours: No more than 40 per week
