Desktop Support Technician

• 8-5 Monday-Friday, no on call

 

  • Experience in Warehouse IT Support technologies
  • Experience in the warehouse Equipment’s such as handheld scanners and all type of printers
  • Troubleshooting Thermal printers such as , Line, Barcode, Label, impact printers, tag printers, iPad
  • Coordinate with facilities issue such as UPS, and Power outage issues, Network issues,
  • Need to travel between nearest warehouses such as Windsor locks, Suffield, Westfield whenever required.
  • Ability to work with warehouse directors, supervisors, admins, and shift managers.
