Position: Orthodontist

Status: Full-Time

Schedule: Monday-Thursday from 8am-5pm; Fri 9am-2pm

Location: Roanoke Rapid, NC

Sign on Bonus: $10,000

Relocation Assistance: $10,000

 

We are helping a wonderful practice in Washington, North Carolina find a full-time orthodontist to join their team. The practice provides orthodontic services to all ages in a region that is under-represented by specialists.

 

 

The practice is a well established facility with an extensive patient base. There is currently a wait-list for new patients and will easily be able to produce $2,000,000 a year in revenue for the provider. There are 5 Dental Assistants and 5 Administrative team members to support the busy practice The practice is fully digital with scanners, Pan/Ceph on site in addition to all of the other latest advances in technology.

 

Benefits Offered:

• Daily guarantee of $1,750 per day
• Quarterly commission bonus - 20% of total production for the quarter and any amount above the daily guarantee is paid to the provider as a bonus
• Paid vacation ($1,750 per vacation day)
• Paid holidays - 9 per year ($1,750 per day)
• Housing Stipend or Auto Allowance Offered
• Will pay for licensing process in North Carolina
• Sign On Bonus: $10,000
• Relocation Bonus: $10,000
• $20,000 Retention Bonus paid out after 3 years of employment
• $100 bonus for every non-medicaid clear aligner starts

Provider Requirements:

• 2 or more years experience as an orthodontist
• Bi-lingual in spanish preferred
