Are you organized, compassionate, and eager to make a difference in patients' lives? Our busy chiropractic office is looking for a dedicated Office Assistant to help manage patient flow and ensure smooth office operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and assist patients with a warm, friendly attitude.
  • Manage appointment scheduling and patient check-ins.
  • Handle various administrative tasks, including filing, data entry, and phone calls.
  • Support the chiropractor with patient preparation and room setup.
  • Ensure the office remains clean, organized, and welcoming.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Previous experience in a medical or chiropractic office is a plus, but not required.
