We are seeking a Call Center Sales Representative to join our team You will be responsible for helping prospects find their right home
Responsibilities:
- Answer inbound calls and respond to questions about the homes and availability.
- Make appointments and communicate to the site.
- Outbound calls to confirm appointments and follow up on tours.
- Document and update customer records based on interactions.
- Develop and maintain a knowledge base of the evolving products and services.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in customer service, sales, and leasing.
- Ability to build rapport with clients.
- Ability to prioritize and multitask.
- Positive and professional demeanor.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
