We are seeking a Call Center Sales Representative to join our team You will be responsible for helping prospects find their right home

Responsibilities:

  • Answer inbound calls and respond to questions about the homes and availability.
  • Make appointments and communicate to the site.
  • Outbound calls to confirm appointments and follow up on tours.
  • Document and update customer records based on interactions.
  • Develop and maintain a knowledge base of the evolving products and services.

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in customer service, sales, and leasing.
  • Ability to build rapport with clients.
  • Ability to prioritize and multitask.
  • Positive and professional demeanor.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
