Medical Receptionist - Scheduler

MUST:
Experienced Medical Receptionist with 2+years of experience in a private medical practice with multiple physicians
Experience answering phones and scheduling appointments
Verify insurance
Experience checking patients in and out
Experience preparing and updating patient charts
Experience entering and updating patient information in EMR;

Must be bilingual English and Spanish speaking

DUTIES:
The Medical Receptionist will be responsible for but not limited to the following:
Answering phones'
Scheduling appointments
Verifying insurance
Responsible for patient flow
Prepare patient charts
Order labs
Phone triage
Check patients in and out
Collection of co-pays
Answer multi-lined phone
