Role and Responsibilities

  • Work directly with the sales team.

  • Converse with buyers from major U.S. retailers.

  • Create purchase orders.

  • Create and analyze customer sales forecasts.

  • Work with design team on new trends and product offerings.

  • Ensure that production schedule is in line with customer required dates

  • Work with Hong Kong and China offices to execute new product and customer samples.

  • Process PREPRO/TOP-1 samples from Hong Kong and China offices.

  • Package and ship customer samples

  • When required work with Adobe Photoshop

Job requirements

  • Job requires ability to manage own time

  • Job requires ability to communicate with other personnel, vendors and customers as required

  • Job requires being pleasant with others on the job and displaying a good-natured, cooperative attitude.

  • Job requires being reliable, responsible, and dependable, and fulfilling obligations.

  • Job requires being careful about detail and thorough in completing work tasks.

  • Strong Excel skills required

  • Strong computer skills

  • Adobe Photoshop preferred

  • Logistics/Import knowledge preferred
