We are currently hiring Licensed Clinical Social Workers who are compassionate and looking to make a difference in the lives of seniors. Training and ongoing support are provided by our clinical and administrative teams. We are dedicated to helping our clients improve their emotional, cognitive, and daily functioning.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Conduct initial assessments based on psychological, emotional, and social well-being.
  • Develop treatment plans by addressing client concerns and setting goals to establish a course of action.
  • Conduct psychotherapy and cognitive training sessions weekly.
  • Provide ongoing communication with our team, clients, families, and healthcare professionals.
  • Maintain progress notes and other documentation.

Requirements include:

  • Master's Degree in Social Work
  • Active Licensed Clinical Social Worker in Illinois

We bill Medicare Part B, most Managed Care Providers and other private insurance companies for services rendered.
