Robotic Technician

Toledo area manufacturer seeks experienced Robotic Tech to Install, service, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair robots and automated production systems. Drive the continuous improvements of all set up programs and work cell setups.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Install, program, or repair programmable controllers, robot controllers or end-of-arm tools.
- Align, fit, or assemble component parts using hand tools, power tools and fixtures.
- Assist in the design, configuration, or application of robotic systems.
- Develop robotic path motions to maximize efficiency, safety, and quality.
- Train other personnel to install, use, or maintain robots.
- Troubleshoots equipment and processes, including mechanical and electrical problem solving.
- Partners with other departments to minimize downtime and ensure quality of production.
- Other duties as assigned by Engineering Manager
EDUCATION/KNOWLEDGE:
- High School diploma or GED equivalent-College degree a plus
- Certified Robot Training
- Proficient with Fanuc and ABB Robots
55-70K + Benefits / DIRECT HIRE
