Dispensary Store Manager

Join our team at Flowers and Herb Markets, a leading dispensary in Albuquerque, New Mexico. We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Dispensary Manager who combines a strong background in retail management with a deep understanding of cannabis products. The ideal candidate will possess a mix of technical skills, office management expertise, and exceptional customer service abilities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations of the dispensary, ensuring compliance with all state and federal cannabis regulations.
- Train and manage a diverse team to provide excellent customer service while maintaining an efficient and positive work environment.
- Handle cash transactions and manage inventory with precision using technical tools and software.
- Foster relationships with vendors, customers, and community partners to enhance business growth.
- Communicate effectively, leading team meetings and managing customer inquiries both in-person and via remote communication tools.
- Create a welcoming atmosphere for all customers and address their needs to ensure a satisfying experience.
- Analyze market trends and customer preferences to adjust product offerings and marketing strategies.
- Organize promotional events and community outreach to bolster the dispensary’s local presence.
- Oversee staff scheduling, payroll, and performance evaluations.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in retail management, preferably in a dispensary or related field.
- Extensive knowledge of cannabis products and regulatory standards.
- Proficiency in using inventory management software and POS systems.
- Strong office management, organizational, and planning skills.
- Superior customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented, reliable, with a proactive and positive problem-solving approach.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field is preferred.
Work Hours:
- Must be available to work from Tuesday to Saturday, 12 PM to 7 PM.
Compensation:
- Starting pay of $20-24 per hour, depending on experience.
