Artistic completes renovation projects locally, around the state of Florida and nationally, operating in professional environments, and renovating properties that remain occupied throughout the project. The right individual for this position will need the ability to communicate well with clients, their staff, team members, and be affective communicating to subcontractors/crews. The right person for this position will project strong leadership, great organizational skills, strong administrative ability, good people skills, and ability to work well with others. In addition, this position requires someone who remains teachable, listens well, and respects others. This is a full-time, year-round position for an individual who appreciates long-term stability. Minimum of 5 years’ experience in site-based construction project supervision.

Employment Requirements: Applicants required to submit to a background check, drug testing , and must have a valid Florida driver's license in good standing.

Position Requirements: This position’s duties are varied and will require flexibility to work in the field and in an office setting. Familiarity with Procore, Word, Excel, Outlook, iPhone, & iPad use a plus.

  • Can understand and manage aggressive production schedules. Read and understand design & construction drawings.
  • Provide Inventory Control.
  • Perform Safety & Tailgate meetings.
  • Maintain quality.
  • Be detail-orientated.
  • Complete daily logs & reports.
