We are seeking a Front Office/Medical Assistant to become a part of our team You will perform routine administrative and clinical assignments to keep the medical facility running smoothly. This is a full time position with an immediate opening. Candidate must have reliable transportation and be available to work some closing shifts, weekends and some holidays. Responsibilities: (Include, but not limited to)

  • Handle all administrative duties in a timely manner
  • Perform routine clinical tasks to support medical staff
  • Communicate with insurance companies for proper billing procedures
  • Escort patients to exam rooms
  • Verify Insurance
  • Answer Phone calls
  • Assist with Back office
  • Injections
  • Blood Draws
  • Ear Lavages
  • EKGS
  • Rapid Testing
  • UA's and Pregnancy Testing
  • COVID Testing
  • Assist provider with procedures
  • Scanning and attaching documents
  • Collect patient copays
  • Clean Instruments
  • Sterilize exam rooms and work stations
  • Perform audits
  • Review SB's
  • Be able to lift 22 lbs

​Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in healthcare preferred
  • Familiarity with medical billing procedures
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Familiar with medical terminology
  • CPT Codes familiarity
  • Excellent Communication skills (Both written and Verbal)
  • Bilingual a plus
