This role ensures that all products meet quality standards and are produced efficiently. **Key Responsibilities - Assemble pouches with labels and logos accurately and efficiently. - Prepare smoothies according to company recipes and standards. - Ensure all pouches are properly sealed and meet quality control guidelines. - Operate and maintain packaging machinery. - Maintain a clean and organized work area. - Keep accurate records of production and inventory levels. - Collaborate with team members to meet production goals. - Follow all safety and sanitation procedures. - Identify and report any operational issues or inefficiencies.
