Qualifications:

• 2+ years of cellular carrier support required
• 2+ years of billing experience a plus

Responsibilities:

• Ordering, activation and troubleshooting for wireless modems, routers, iPads, tablets, MIFI/Jet packs and cell phones 
• Analyze and process monthly billing for various carriers to ensure accuracy
• Develop & maintain cellular inventory and documentation in tracking software and systems
• Manage and track all requests via internal ticketing system
• Review, process and code invoices/bills for payment
• Maintain inventory of master list for bills and vendors
• Provide billing inventory and analysis for potential acquisitions 
• Review and provide solutions for phone bills, features, disputes, and rates. 
• Manage payment for invoices (Data, Voice, Cell Phones & CATV) 
• Payment research for invoices with delinquencies

Compensation: Starting at $30.00/hour DOE; may be eligible for bonus 

Pay is based on a number of factors including years of relevant experience, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Individuals employed in this position may also be eligible to earn bonuses. Ensign Services is a total compensation company. Dependent on the position offered, equity, and other forms of compensation may be provided as part of a total compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits.
