A busy and growing Personal Injury Law firm based in Boca Raton, FL., is hiring for a Prelitigation Paralegal This person will review, organize, and complete client files during pre-suit.
Previous prelitigation experience in Plaintiff Personal Injury law is required
Requirements and responsibilities:
- Conduct initial client interviews to gather information and details about the incident and injuries.
- Manage case files from inception to settlement, ensuring all documents are organized and up-to-date.
- Draft demand letters and other legal documents under the supervision of an attorney.
- Coordinate the collection of medical records, bills, and other relevant documents to support the client's claim.
- Communicate effectively with clients, medical providers, insurance adjusters, and other parties involved in the case.
- Assist attorneys with case strategy, settlement negotiations, and client meetings.
- Schedule appointments, depositions, mediations, and other case-related events.
- Perform legal research and stay informed about the latest laws and regulations related to personal injury.
