Job DescriptionJob Description

Licensed Journeyman Plumber-FOREMAN  (Large Commercial project experience desired)

Basic Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate our scope of work on job site from beginning to end of project for thorough installation of plumbing systems.
  • Knowledge and daily application of construction safety procedures.
  • Ability to work through changes and/or resolve issues as they arise.
  • Have a mechanical aptitude for construction as well as ability to figure measurements, layout and blue print reading.
  • Attend project meetings, perform documentation as required and utilize your interpersonal skills to communicate.
  • Ensure projects completed timely. Manage manpower under your supervision effectively to ensure project schedule adherence and ability to look ahead.
  • Basic equipment operation skills or ability to learn i.e., Skid Steer, Backhoe, Excavator & Scissor Lifts
  • Ability to work hands-on and perform physical demands through varying weather conditions.

​Qualifications:

  • Experienced Licensed Plumber with strong previous experience in Commercial and Institutional projects.
  • Troubleshooting and critical thinking skills.
  • Verbal communication skills and written skills necessary.
  • OSHA 10 certification (minimum) Osha 30 certification preferred or willingness to obtain.
  • Valid Drivers License
  • Drug screen
  • Bi-Lingual a plus
