Key Responsibilities:

  • Process and apply incoming payments to customer accounts.
  • Reconcile daily cash receipts and resolve discrepancies.
  • Collaborate with the accounts receivable team to ensure accurate account balances.
  • Prepare reports on cash application activities.
  • Assist in month-end closing procedures related to cash application.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or relevant work experience.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in cash application or accounts receivable.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Work, and Outlook.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
