Job Description:

We are seeking a tech-savvy, professional, and customer-focused Sales Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in the automotive industry, a strong understanding of dealership financing, and the ability to communicate effectively in both English and Spanish. Customer service is at the heart of everything we do, and we’re looking for someone who shares our commitment to providing an outstanding experience for every client.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist customers in selecting the right truck or van based on their needs and preferences.

  • Provide detailed information on vehicle features, specifications, and pricing.

  • Submit finance applications accurately and efficiently.

  • Utilize Excel for tracking and reporting sales data.

  • Send out professional emails and maintain clear communication with customers and team members.

  • Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of the inventory and industry trends.

  • Build and maintain relationships with customers to encourage repeat business.

  • Utilize CRM systems to track leads, customer interactions, and sales progress.

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in an automotive dealership is required.

  • Proficiency in using Excel and handling finance applications.

  • Bilingual in Spanish and English, with excellent communication skills in both languages.

  • Strong customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor.

  • Logical thinking and problem-solving abilities.

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

  • Strong negotiation skills and understanding of sales strategies.
