Lab Manager.

Compensation Range: $80k to $100k depending on experience

Key Responsibilities:

• Leadership and Management: Guide and supervise all lab activities and staff, ensuring efficient daily operations and high standards of performance.
• Operational Efficiency: Manage schedules and task distribution to meet our rigorous testing demands, ensuring smooth and uninterrupted lab workflows.
• Quality Control and Scientific Analysis: Oversee detailed tests on component samples, analyze results critically, and implement necessary actions to maintain our quality benchmarks.
• Microbiology Expertise: Be the authority on microbiological standards and practices, enhancing our lab's capabilities with your knowledge and experience.
• Team Development: Cultivate the growth and development of the lab team, enhancing their competencies and ensuring they're at the top of their game.
• Versatile Problem-Solving: Approach challenges with a positive attitude, providing support and innovative solutions across a broad range of lab functions.

Requirements:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Microbiology or Life Science.
• Leadership Experience: 3-5 years in a lab management role, with a solid grasp of Good Laboratory Practices.
• Technical Skills: 2-3 years of hands-on experience with laboratory equipment, proficient in executing and managing lab procedures.

• Build a culture of continuous improvement, keeping our team’s skills sharp and our lab at the forefront of the industry.
• Adapt and respond to the evolving needs of our lab, demonstrating flexibility and a can-do attitude in all aspects of your work.
