Job Description
The Property Manager plays a critical role in providing support in all aspects of operations including leasing, budgeting, reporting, rent collection, customer service, maintenance and administrative oversight at their property. This position is for a driven individual with a long-term career path of being a Property Manager.
Responsibilities:
Oversee and coordinate all move in’s and leases
Attract and educate new tenants
Investigate and resolve tenant complaints
Update and improve properties to increase return on investment
Ensure all work order and repair requests are processed in a timely fashion
Supervise and train property staff
Enforce property and associations' rules and regulations
Facilitate rent collections, management of delinquent accounts and reporting related to all Accounts Receivable activities.
Qualifications:
3 years previous experience in property management
Yardi Software experience
MS Office experience
Familiarity with contracts and leases
Ability to build rapport with tenants
Ability to multitask and prioritize
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
