Responsibilities
- Required work hours are Monday-Friday 8am-5pm. May have the ability to come in and leave earlier. Exact shift is flexible.
- Candidate will support two attorneys and responsibilities will include but are not limited to preparing legal documents, scheduling meetings, hearings, court depositions and appointments.
- File, scan and copy legal documents on a daily basis.
Requirements
- Must be detail-oriented, adaptable, resourceful, and have the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of legal terminology.
- Proficiency in Microsoft applications.
- Must have a minimum of 1 year of paralegal or legal experience.
- Candidate should live 30 miles or less from the Columbiana, AL area
