NO CDL is required for this position.

REQUIREMENTS:

Successful candidate will ensure that materials are on vehicle tied down securely before leaving the shop.

Successful candidate will load & unload materials and drop off to various jobsites as instructed by supervisor and unloading of your vehicle when returning to the shop.

Successful candidate will ensure that your vehicle you drive is kept clean inside & out.

Successful candidate will report any instance of mishap or accidents to supervisor.

Successful candidate will run vehicles to have periodic maintenance, such as changing batteries and motor oil at appropriate time, as well as refueling the vehicle(s).

Successful candidate will report any case of accident, injury or damage of vehicles to the supervisor or manager.

Successful candidate will turn in all receipts/paperwork to the purchasing agent from our vendors and/or project sites.

Successful candidate will keep accurate daily record of work hours.

Successful candidate will have the capacity to carry out their obligations in a professional manner.

Successful candidate should constantly dress in line with the organization's clothing regulation, and should have the capacity to relate well with associates, clients, and vendors.

Successful candidate should be a responsible skilled driver and must have the necessary authorization to operate a motor vehicle, and must have a clean driving record (MVR will be pulled) and be accepted as an acceptable driver by our insurance.

Successful candidate should have sufficient knowledge of traffic laws and hold fast entirely to them.

Successful Candidate must be able to load and unload materials and equipment, being able to lift a minimum of (75 pounds) frequently.

Successful candidate must be a safety conscious person.

Successful candidate must be focused, confident, and observant.

Successful candidate must be able to work Monday-Friday 7am-3:30pm- any overtime during afternoons, evenings and weekends as needed for project.

Successful candidate possess strong interpersonal skills, including ability to resolve conflict professionally with the assistance of management.

Successful candidate must interract effectively, ethically and professionally with all levels of individuals: internal and external executives, internal and external professionals, owners and their staff, line employees, subcontractors, vendors, etc.

Successful candidate must be able to communicate effectively in English (aural, verbal, and written).

Successful candidate must be able to sit, stand, bend, walk, climb, and remain in static positions for duration of shift.

Successful candidate must be able to work under general supervision of Foreman, on teams or individually.

Successful candidate must be a team player

Pay Rate is comparable to experience.
