Job Description:

We are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Group Fitness Instructor to join our team. The ideal candidate is passionate about fitness, has a strong ability to engage and motivate participants, and is skilled at delivering a variety of group fitness classes such as yoga, pilates, cycling, HIIT, etc. You will be responsible for creating a dynamic and energetic atmosphere that keeps our members coming back.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and instruct safe, effective, and engaging group fitness classes that cater to various fitness levels.

• Provide clear instructions and modifications to accommodate different fitness abilities and injuries.

• Encourage and motivate class participants to achieve their fitness goals.

• Ensure all equipment is set up and maintained properly before and after classes.

• Maintain a positive and professional attitude at all times, fostering a welcoming environment.

• Stay current with fitness trends, techniques, and safety standards.

• Promote other fitness programs and services offered by the gym.

• Build strong relationships with members, encouraging regular attendance and participation.

• Adhere to all health and safety guidelines.

Qualifications:

• Certified Group Fitness Instructor through an accredited organization (e.g., ACE, AFAA, NASM, etc.).

• CPR/AED certification (or willingness to obtain before hire).

• Previous experience teaching group fitness classes preferred.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to motivate and inspire a diverse group of participants.

• Flexible schedule, including availability to work evenings and weekends.

• Passion for health, fitness, and helping others achieve their goals.
