Our company is currently seeking ​a Bookkeeper/Secretary to join our team You will be responsible for preparing and examining financial records, assisting with processing payroll and perform other office tasks for our company.

Responsibilities:

  • Obtain and enter primary financial data into Quickbooks
  • Compute and record numerical data
  • Process payroll on Quickbooks
  • Check the accuracy of business transactions
  • Perform data entry and other office duties

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in bookkeeping, finance, or other business related fields
  • MUST have a good working knowledge and experience using Quickbooks and Excel
  • Ability to work independently, to prioritize and multitask
  • Strong initiative and organizational skills
  • Deadline and detail-oriented
