Job DescriptionJob DescriptionOur company is currently seeking a Bookkeeper/Secretary to join our team You will be responsible for preparing and examining financial records, assisting with processing payroll and perform other office tasks for our company.
Responsibilities:
- Obtain and enter primary financial data into Quickbooks
- Compute and record numerical data
- Process payroll on Quickbooks
- Check the accuracy of business transactions
- Perform data entry and other office duties
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in bookkeeping, finance, or other business related fields
- MUST have a good working knowledge and experience using Quickbooks and Excel
- Ability to work independently, to prioritize and multitask
- Strong initiative and organizational skills
- Deadline and detail-oriented
