Quattro Climate Control, a nationwide HVAC installation company and a turnkey specialist, is looking for a dependable, hard-working HVAC/R Sheet Metal Helper/Apprentice. Quattro performs a high volume of renovation and new construction installs for the residential and light commercial markets for the Flagstaff area.

ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Assists Lead HVAC installer with commercial HVAC installations, which includes rooftop units, gas/oil furnaces, air conditioners, refrigeration piping and heat pumps
  • Assists Lead HVAC installer with ductwork installations and modifications.


REQUIREMENTS

  • Knowledge of service and maintenance for a variety of HVAC systems in both residential & light commercial, a plus (we are 98% residential).
  • Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record (no DUI breathalyzer to be installed in company van).
  • Be able to pass a background check.
  • Well groomed, neat appearance.
  • Ability to communicate clearly in a friendly, personable way with customers, coworkers, and leadership.
  • Strong attention to detail.
