Secretary/Clerical (Palm Bay ) You would be a secretary to one of our paralegals, this is NOT a paralegal position.
At least 5 years' experience as a secretary, preferably in Personal Injury.

- Experience with a client database a plus, but not required; ie. Client Profiles, Filevine etc.
Produce information by transcribing, formatting, inputting, editing, retrieving, copying, and transmitting text, data, and graphics; coordinating case preparation under the direction of a paralegal.
Conserve paralegals time by reading, researching, reviewing, verifying, and routing correspondence, reports and legal documents; drafting letters and documents; collecting and analyzing information; initiating telecommunications; organizing client conferences, and paralegal meetings; scheduling couriers, expert witnesses, and other special functions; coordinating preparation of charts, graphs, and other visuals; preparing monthly reports.
Represents paralegal by communicating and obtaining information; following up on delegated assignments; knowing when to act and when to refer matters to the paralegal.
This is a full-time position and does include benefits. Hourly compensation will be commensurate with experience. Please note that we will do a pre-employment criminal background check.
