Madden Industrial Craftsmen is seeking skilled and experienced Journeyman Electricians to join our team. The ideal candidates should have a deep understanding of electrical systems and be able to install, troubleshoot and repair a variety of electrical systems. This will be roughwork in townhomes.

Wage: $45.00 - $55.00/hour

Schedule: 7AM - 5PM, Monday - Thursday

Journeyman Electrician Responsibilities:

• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and electrical code specifications to determine the layout of electrical systems.

• Install, maintain and repair electrical systems, including lighting systems, electrical panels, transformers, generators, and motors.

• Test electrical systems and continuity of circuits in electrical wiring, equipment, and fixtures using testing devices such as ohmmeters, voltmeters, and oscilloscopes to ensure compatibility and safety of system.

• Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical problems using various diagnostic tools.

• Install, maintain and repair electrical wiring, equipment, and fixtures.

• Ensure all work complies with electrical codes and safety standards.

• Complete paperwork and documentation related to each job performed.

• Run wire, hook up outlets, etc.

Journeyman Electrician Requirements:

• Valid Journeyman Electrician license.

• Proven experience as a Journeyman Electrician.

• Deep knowledge of electrical systems, tools, equipment, and materials.

• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and electrical code specifications.

• Good communication skills and ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Physical ability to perform the required duties of the job.

• Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
