Schedule: Full-time, 1st/ 2nd shift (8:00 AM 4:00 PM; 2:00 PM 10:00 PM)

Responsibilities:

  • Dispense medications accurately and efficiently according to prescriptions and company protocols.
  • Verify prescription orders for completeness and accuracy, ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
  • Conduct patient counseling and provide medication information to clients via phone or online communication channels.
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals to resolve medication-related issues and ensure optimal patient care.
  • Maintain thorough documentation of prescription records, inventory management, and other required documentation in accordance with company policies and industry standards.


Requirements:

  • Clear and active Pharmacist license in the state of Utah.
  • Long Term Care experience is a plus.
  • Minimum of 1 year of pharmacy experience.
